BOOKING
Die Kulturbrauerei ist ein Kollektiv von frei improvisierenden Musiker*innen, die Konzerte in Luzern mit experimenteller und frei improvisierter Musik organisiert. Wir veranstalten 5-8 Konzerte pro Jahr und nehmen jedes Jahr bis Ende August eure Bewerbungen entgegen. Das Programmteam stellt im September/Oktober ein Programm für das gesamte nächste Jahr zusammen. Dementsprechend melden wir uns bei Interesse bis Ende November.
Konditionen:
- Kulturbrauerei arbeitet unentgeltlich und organisiert Konzerte von Musiker*innen für Musiker*innen.
- Kulturbrauerei bucht ausschliesslich improvisierte und/oder experimentelle Musik.
- Kulturbrauerei berücksichtigt nur persönliche Bewerbungen, keine Agenturbewerbungen.
- Wir bewerben unseres Programm über unsere Kanäle (Newsletter, Website, Social Media). Die Erfahrung zeigt, dass durch Mithilfe der Musiker*innen mehr Publikum erreicht werden kann. Vielen Dank für eure Unterstützung!
- Gage 300 CHF/Person, Max 1200 CHF/Ensemble (Reisekosten können wir leider nicht übernehmen).
- Die Unterkunft ist verhandelbar, wenn das Ensemble von ausserhalb der Schweiz kommt.

Damit das Programmteam euren Vorschlag besprechen kann und wir möglichst gut bei Stiftungen Gelder beantragen können, benötigen wir in eurer Bewerbung:
- alle Vor- und Nachnamen, das Geschlecht und den aktuellen Wohnsitz der Musiker*innen
- Instrumente
- kurze Projektbeschreibung oder Kurzbiografien aller Mitglieder der Gruppe oder Biografie der Gruppe (wird auch für die Bewerbung des Konzerts verwendet)
- Foto des Ensembles / Einzelfotos von jedem Mitglied (5MB / 300 dpi und Name der/des Fotograf*in)
- Audio- oder Videolink zu Musikbeispielen (bitte beachten, dass wir nur frei improvisierte und/oder experimentelle Musik berücksichtigen)

Kulturbrauerei is a collective of improvising musicians who organize concerts in Lucerne with experimental and free improvised music. We organize 5-8 concerts per year and accept your applications every year until the end of August. The program team puts together a program for the entire next year in September/October. We will contact you by the end of November with positive confirmation only.
Conditions:
- Kulturbrauerei works on a voluntary basis and organizes concerts by musicians for musicians.
- Kulturbrauerei only books improvised and/or experimental music.
- Kulturbrauerei only considers personal applications, no agency applications.
- We promote our program through our channels (newsletter, website, social media). Experience shows that more audience can be reached with the help of the musicians. Thank you for your support!
- Fee 300 CHF/person, max 1200 CHF/ensemble (we cannot cover travel expenses).
- Accommodation is negotiable if the ensemble comes from outside Switzerland.

To support the program team in the discussion of your proposal and to allow an efficient funding application process, we need the following information in your application:
- all first and last names, gender and current place of residence of the musicians
- instruments
- Short project description or short biographies of all members of the group or biography of the group (will also be used to promote the concert)
- Photo of the ensemble / individual photos of each member (5MB / 300 dpi and name of the photographer)
- Audio or video link to music samples (please note that we only consider free improvised and/or experimental music)
